She is loved. This is actually my father's dog, and it's one of my favorite pet photos. It is actually one of a series of photos my wife took featuring Missy and her favorite cow. Labs are great dogs. We'd love to have one but they are too much energy and work right now for us to properly care for, so I live out my Lab love through Missy!
Labs are great dogs but you are right about them being a lot of work--at least when they are puppies. They love to chew. But they have the sweetest faces.
